Camera of choice?

Well the title basically says it all..what does everyone recommend for range time,hunting, or just at the bench..I shoot a lot and also tinker on things at the bench a lot and would love to start documenting it all on video..any recommendations for cameras that would work well for all three occasions..it would be nice to see targets at 100 yards and still be able to use the same camera at the bench in my gun room. This camera would probably go with me on the ice as well during ice fishing season
