It’s been 10 years
I was looking over my small arsenal yesterday and came across a rifle that I had not shot in 10 years! I scratched up some supplies and went to the range today. The rifle is a TMV early Virginia long rifle. 58 cal. It really should be a flinch lock but I live in the rain forest and chickened out and had it made with a percussion lock. Load was 90 grn Swiss FFG .018 patch lubed with a ballistol Bees wax mix .570 hornady ball. The sights are primitive rear and blade front. I did ok at 50 yards but didn’t have the best picture at 100.
