CVA Plainsman Rifle - pawnshop rescue
I purchsed this percussion rifle at a local pawnshop for $125. It is .50 caliber and here I am using .490 ball with pre-lubricated patches, 50 grains of FFG blackpowder, and Remington #11 percussion caps. I later gave this weapon to an army buddy to get him started in muzzleloading.
