Duck recipe

Anyone have some good wild duck recipes? We all know dont cook above 135 to 140. I like cooking a whole duck in an oven bag at 300 with onion soup mix. I think I am gonna smoke one this weekend, like I would do a pork shoulder. You can't go wrong if you smoke it.
