Need bullet lube recipe

Trying out sone connicals in a .54 lyman. Need to lube the botton groves. Want any recipes for home made. I am not very good getting around this new site yet but i will keep trying. Ty...

Hi Shorty,
I use 25% beeswax and TOW 75% Mink oil
measure both out and melt the beeswax in a small container set in a pan of boiling water then add your mink oil. mix well and allow to cool. or you could just use mink oil but I find straight mink oil is too sloppy. That's why I mix it with some bees wax in order to stiffen it up.

This one sounds good In all of my testing, i have found the Softer a Lube the better.

Hello Shorty, I swear by Bullshop’s NASA Lube, I have tried all kinds of Home made Lubes, none of them were as good as NASA
