Well at least he didn't drill and tap holes in the receiver to reduce its value!!!!!!

Hmmm... Mild steel to stainless that's rich lol. It appears he didn't use E309 welding rod for this job. But then again it's a Ruger mini 14 rifle.. no loss.
Did you ever wonder why the A team (George Peppard and Mr. T.) never had any dead bodies lying in the street after a firefight? It's because they used the mini14. The rifles are so inaccurate they couldn't kill anyone. Judging from the condition of that wood stock, Id say that rifle, even before the Bubba welding job, had seen much better days lol.

Hmm is right. I had a mini 14 and it shot pretty darn good. Mine was the ranch rifle.could hit steel easily at 200 yds.
