Thanks for starting up your own site, Lewis! Great idea.

I'm fairly new to guns and Black Powder, though interested most of my life. Long distance has always had my interest. In the late 80s I read about the Whitworth and was hooked.

You've gotten me hooked on the TCs and now have added a Renegade to the .50 TC Hawken that was my first gun purchase a few years ago. Saw a good deal on a 54 Renegade, so another is on the way. It's an illness (terminal, I'm afraid) and you're not helping any!

LOL...Welcome. You're right it is addicting. And I hate to tell you this but there is no cure. I started back in the early '70s and now I have a bunch of muzzleloaders from .45 to .58 cal both inlines and sidelocks. My sidelocks are my favorite.
You'll enjoy this site. Lots of good info and great guys.

You will learn a lot from Lew! Just ask any question and we'll all be glad you help you out in any way we can.
